In 1913 (B.E. 2456), my Great-grandfather founded Samtech Corporation in Osaka, Japan. We are a metal-forming experts group with over 600 employees across four branches worldwide, including Japan, the United States, Thailand, and Mexico.
Hot forging is the oldest metal-forming technique in the world. The method began 6,000 years ago before humans started writing in the land of Mesopotamian.
Samtech understands the demand of the highly competitive automotive industry. Therefore, we aim to deliver accurate and premium quality hot forged products within the shortest production cycle in the world by continually innovating and developing our product and manufacturing processes.
Since Samtech Thailand is our first overseas hot forging factory, we have built a strong connection with Thailand. Consequently, we have received employee and customer support since our establishment in 2011. This year we are celebrating our 12th anniversary together.
Although hot forging is machine-based manufacturing, “people who control the machines” are our most precious resource. I genuinely believe that “No company can succeed without satisfied employees.” Behind our success is the strong backbone and driving force of the employees who have been with us since day one. I am delighted to meet exceptional people in this amazing country.

บริษัท ซัมเทค ประเทศไทย เป็นโรงงาน Hot Forging สาขาต่างประเทศแห่งแรกของเรา ทำให้ผมมีความรู้สึกผูกพันกับประเทศไทยเป็นอย่างมาก พวกเราได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทั้งจากลูกค้าและพนักงานตั้งแต่วันแรกที่ก่อตั้งในปี 2011 จนถึงปีนี้ที่พวกเราได้มีโอกาสฉลองครบรอบปีที่ 12 ร่วมกัน
แม้การตีขึ้นรูปร้อนจะเป็นกรรมวิธีการผลิตที่ใช้เครื่องจักร แต่สิ่งที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ “คน”ที่ควบคุมเครื่องจักร ผมเชื่อว่าไม่มีบริษัทใดที่จะประสบความสำเร็จได้โดยปราศจากความพึงพอใจของพนักงาน

By adopting standards for work and safety, we ensure the safety of both our employees and stakeholders (suppliers and others) throughout the process.

Samtech prioritizes energy management by systematically monitoring, controlling, and optimizing its energy consumption to decrease energy usage. A real-time energy monitoring system, or EnzyApp, was set up to monitor energy consumption. Moreover, we continuously improve our working environment to promote a pleasant workplace for employees and visitors.
